Please include your name, order number, and the products you wish to return. You may also use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but this is not mandatory.

Returning a product

Carefully package the product and include your name and order number with the return. Keep your proof of shipment until we have fully processed your return.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to assess the product, we may charge you for the resulting depreciation. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is well-packaged when returned.

The product does not have to be unused or returned in its original packaging. You may inspect and assess the product as you would in a physical store. If you use the product more than is necessary for this purpose, there may be a reduction in value.

Return costs

The direct costs of returning the product are for your own account.

For large furniture and other products that cannot be returned via regular parcel post, the return costs may be higher. In that case, please contact us for options and an indication of the costs.

Is the product damaged, incorrectly delivered, or received defective? Please contact us first. If the complaint is justified, the necessary return costs will be borne by Hippie Monkey.

The risk of the return shipment lies with you until we have received the product. Therefore, always keep your proof of shipment.

Refund

If you return the entire order, you will receive the full order amount back, including the costs of the standard delivery offered by us. Any extra costs for a more expensive shipping method you chose yourself will not be refunded.

If you return only a portion of the order, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

We will refund the amount due within 14 days after the day you notified us of the withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you prove that you have returned the product, whichever comes first.

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the order, unless you explicitly agree to a different payment method. We do not charge any fees for the refund.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are made according to your specifications, are not pre-manufactured, and are produced based on your personal choice or decision. For example, a product specially made in a size or design chosen by you.

This exception only applies when it has been clearly indicated before purchase that the product is custom-made and therefore cannot be returned.
